Lead C# Developer

A leading financial services group is seeking a C# Team Lead to take the helm in designing and developing enterprise-grade systems that underpin cutting-edge investment and wealth platforms across South Africa.

In this key leadership position, you'll guide and mentor a high-performing team of developers, shape scalable backend architectures, and play a pivotal role in the strategic evolution of one of the country’s most trusted financial brands.

What We’re Looking For:

• A relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 7+ years of professional software development experience
• Proven experience leading or mentoring development teams
• Strong architectural and problem-solving skills
• A passion for building scalable, secure, and efficient solutions in fast-paced environments

The Reference Number for this position is PM60669 which is a Permanent Hybrid position based in Johannesburg offering a cost to company of up to R1.4mil Per Annum negotiable on experience and ability.
