Hyperli is looking for an A-Player Sales Manager to take full ownership of our revenue engine and scale our sales team into a high-performing machine.

Start Date: ASAP 
Reports to: CEO
Leads: 4–6 Sales Reps
Comp: Competitive base + incentives
The Opportunity

Own the sales function, build systems that scale, develop top performers, and drive predictable revenue growth in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.
What Success Looks Like

30 Days: Lead daily huddles, run pipeline reviews, assess team, establish leadership.
90 Days: Team at 120%+ of target, hire 2+ A-Players, CRM clean, predictable pipeline.
12 Months: Build team to 10+ reps, retention above 75%, sales engine ready for 100% growth.
