Job description

The QS/Cost Estimator ensures that projects are accurately costed, financially viable, and delivered within budget.  This role involves preparing detailed cost estimates, managing budgets, liaising with suppliers, and supporting the project team from tender stage to final account. The position demands a solid understanding of joinery, fixture, materials, finishes and site installation processes.

Requirements

  • Excellent Analytical and Numerical Ability
  • Excellent Attention to Detail and Accuracy
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Cost Estimating Software
  • Ability to Read and Interpret Technical Drawings and Shopfitting Plans
  • Strong Negotiation and Communication Skills
  • Ability to Work under Pressure and to tight Deadlines
  • Good Team and Interpersonal Skills
