Patrick Gearing, the editor of Business Day's weekly motoring supplement, Motornews, has been awarded the Absa Vehicle Finance Motoring Journalist of the Year Award for 2003, held annually by the SA Guild of Motoring Journalists. The Photographer of the Year Award was won by Jay Groat.
