Upcoming local feature film GOD IS AFRICAN has been nominated in the category "Best Director - First Time Feature" for director Akin Omotoso at the Pan African Film Festival (PAFF) in Los Angeles, California USA. The festival opened this past weekend, with the film being screened as the Opening Night Film on Friday. GOD IS AFRICAN is scheduled for release from Ster-Kinekor Pictures (SKP) on March 7, 2003, in South Africa.
