A boutique digital marketing agency providing honest, results-driven strategies and implementation techniques. They specialise in SEO, AI-driven search, and paid search services, enabling brands to grow online through smart strategy and unique specialist support.
What You’ll Be Doing

SEO responsibilities

  • Manage client websites from an SEO perspective, using tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Analytics.
  • Create reports and presentations with findings and recommendations.
  • Work with the Director to plan improvements to client performance.

Website responsibilities
  • Write and update on-site elements such as image formats, meta descriptions, and page titles.

PPC responsibilities
  • Set up PPC campaigns using Google Tag Manager.
  • Analyse results and implement optimisations.

Strategic contributions
  • Provide strategic and analytical input across SEO and PPC campaigns.

● Strong attention to detail and up-to-date knowledge of SEO and PPC.
● Highly organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple clients.
● At least 3 years of experience (client does not have time to train from scratch).
● Competency with Google Workspace and Google Drive; familiarity with Trello is beneficial.

● Flexible working hours between 9am–5pm UK time.

● High autonomy with weekly check-in calls.

Requirements

  • SEO Expertise:

    • Strong working knowledge of Google Search Console, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools.

    • Ability to conduct technical SEO audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis.

    • Experience optimising on-site elements including meta tags, titles, image formats, and structured data.

  • PPC Knowledge:

    • Proven experience in setting up and managing PPC campaigns, ideally through Google Ads and Tag Manager.

    • Ability to analyse campaign performance data, identify trends, and implement optimisations for ROI growth.

  • Analytical and strategic thinking:

    • Comfortable interpreting data and presenting actionable insights through reports and presentations.

    • Able to provide strategic input into both SEO and PPC campaigns, aligning recommendations with client goals.

  • Technical and digital fluency:

    • Competency with Google Workspace and Google Drive.

    • Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello is advantageous.

  • Soft skills and professionalism:

    • Strong attention to detail and highly organised with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.

    • Clear written and verbal communication skills for client updates and reporting.

    • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

    • Honest, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in delivering quality results.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of three years’ experience in SEO/PPC or digital marketing, with a proven track record of delivering results.
