Head of Marketing to lead the Festival’s marketing strategy, brand positioning, and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement innovative marketing, brand, and communication strategies.
- Drive audience growth locally and internationally through targeted campaigns.
- Oversee digital, social media, PR, and traditional media platforms.
- Manage marketing budgets, partnerships, and sponsorship activations.
- Lead a creative team to deliver impactful campaigns that reflect the Festival’s global reputation.
- Strengthen audience and stakeholder relationships through innovative engagement initiatives.
Requirements:- Degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 7–10 years’ proven experience in senior marketing roles (preferably in events, music, or entertainment industries).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing trends and audience engagement.
- Track record in building successful brands and delivering high-impact campaigns.
- Passion for music, culture, and the arts.
