STADIO is building the next generation of student-facing and institutional digital platforms and is seeking an Intermediate Software Developer to contribute to new application development and cloud-native services.

 About the Role

This role focuses on designing and delivering modern backend services in a Microsoft Azure environment, supporting both Flutter and Blazor based frontends, and contributing to a scalable platform foundation that enables future innovation (including advanced data capabilities and AI-driven solutions).

This is a hands-on development role suited to engineers who enjoy building new systems, working with modern technologies, and contributing to a forward-looking technical environment.

 Key Responsibilities

New Platform Development

o   Design and build backend services using modern .NET technologies.

o   Develop APIs supporting new student and institutional applications.

o   Contribute to a scalable, cloud-native platform architecture in Azure.

o   Collaborate with Flutter and Blazor frontend development on new features.

Cloud and Engineering Practices

o   Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and structured DevOps workflows.

o   Produce clean, maintainable, production-ready software.

o   Participate in code reviews and collaborative development practices.

o   Contribute to technical documentation and development standards.

Innovation and Platform Evolution

o   Contribute to platform capabilities that support future AI and advanced data initiatives.

o   Participate in technical discussions around architecture and technology direction.

o   Continuously learn and adopt modern development practices and tools.

Qualifications and Skills Required

Education:

o   Relevant degree in Engineering or Computer Science preferred. Exceptional candidates with relevant practical work experience might be considered.

Experience:

o   3–6 years professional software development experience.

o   Experience with C# and modern .NET / .NET Core.

o   Experience building REST APIs.

o   SQL database experience.

o   Experience working in a collaborative development environment.

o   Understanding of clean code and maintainable software design.

Soft Skills:

o   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

o   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

o   Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Key Competencies

o   Microsoft Azure platform experience.

o   Modern frontend/mobile framework exposure, specifically:

o   Flutter

o   Blazor

o   CI/CD pipeline experience.

o   Experience building cloud-hosted applications.

o   Interest in data-driven or AI-enabled systems.

o   Continuous Improvement Methodologies a plus.
