We’re looking for a
Senior Infrastructure Engineer to help build and scale our platform as we grow. This is a hands-on role focused on
building, not just maintaining - ideal for someone who enjoys solving real infrastructure challenges and shipping impactful systems.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Platform Engineering to expand our AWS environment and contribute to a modern, AI-assisted engineering culture.
What You’ll Do- Build and operate production AWS infrastructure (EKS, EC2, RDS/Aurora, VPC, IAM, S3)
- Deploy and manage Kubernetes workloads (deployments, services, ingress, scaling, debugging)
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent)
- Design and improve CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows
- Troubleshoot systems across Linux environments and networking layers (DNS, TLS, firewalls)
- Implement and optimise database scaling strategies (replication, partitioning, caching)
- Contribute to a reliable, scalable, and secure platform
What We’re Looking For- 4 to 5 years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS in production environments
- Solid Kubernetes knowledge and practical troubleshooting ability
- Experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools
- Good understanding of Linux systems and networking fundamentals
- Comfortable using AI-assisted tooling in day-to-day workflows
- Strong written communication skills in async environments
Nice to Have- Experience working in regulated environments
- Familiarity with observability tools (Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus)
- Exposure to service mesh or API gateway technologies
- Azure experience
