You are digital-native. You live online. You understand how content actually moves on the internet.

Seen TV is a decolonial media company telling the stories mainstream media ignores. We specialise in raw, mobile-first storytelling that travels organically. No bloated crews. No nonsense. Just ideas, speed, and execution. That’s how Seen TV has grown to over 8M subscribers across platforms and become THE partner for the world’s biggest NGOs and mission-driven brands.

We’re looking for a Head of Brand Studio to run the engine behind all client work.


What you’ll do

• Own the Brand Studio end-to-end. From brief to delivery.
• Manage and grow a team of around 10 across editors, producers, and creatives. You will help hire, structure, and level them up. The team will grow to 30 staff by December (inshallah!)
• You turn ideas into shipped work. On time. On brief. Without chaos. You probably know your way around budgets and stuff too
• You design workflows that support high-volume video production without killing creativity.
• Be the primary point of trust for clients. You respond fast. You communicate clearly. You keep momentum. But your messaging is also super kind!
• Work closely with Creative, Sales, and Product to turn concepts into execution.
• Spot bottlenecks early and fix them before they slow everything down.

What You Should Be Good At

• You are respected by editors because you understand their craft.
• You are loved by clients because you are clear, calm, and responsive. And creative!
• You have managed video teams before. Editors, producers, creatives.
• You are operationally strong without being annoying.
• You have sharp creative taste and protect strong ideas through delivery.
• You are deeply fluent in internet culture and platform behaviour.
• You are smart, kind, and creative. That is non-negotiable.

Important context

This is a remote role, but most of our clients are global, particularly in the USA and Europe. You need to be comfortable working across time zones and responding quickly when it matters.
