• Minimum of 5+ years in the creative trenches (bonus points if you’ve survived agency deadlines without developing a coffee IV drip).

• A portfolio packed with quality work from various campaigns and industries.

• Strong understanding of emerging technologies (AI’s full name, basically), innovative ways of working, and whatever’s making the internet freak out this week.

• Must be fluent in concept, craft, and culture – and is allergic to ‘boring’.

You’ll be tasked with leading the charge across platforms, mediums, and audiences. You’ll pitch the kind of ideas that make people lean forward and stop answering slack messages. You’ll collaborate on projects like it’s a competitive sport.
