Through our flagship programme, The AI Power Experience, we take delegates on a two-day, hands-on adventure into the world of AI — no jargon, no coding, no robots stealing your job. Now, we’re looking for charismatic, tech-passionate trainers to help us bring the AI magic to life for professionals, entrepreneurs, and companies across the country.

What you’ll be doing

• Delivering The AI Power Experience, a high-impact, 2-day course that teaches professionals to use AI tools in business, design, marketing, content creation, and more
• Leading corporate training sessions that support AI adoption within organisations
• Facilitating both online and live training sessions across South Africa
• Using prepared course content and materials — we supply the curriculum, you bring it to life
• Helping people go from “AI is coming for my job” to “AI just got me a promotion”

Requirements:

• Five-plus years’ experience in training adults in short course settings
• A formal teaching qualification or ‘Train the Trainer’-style certification
• Five-plus years’ experience in software training — from Microsoft Office, Adobe, Ai tools and other niche tools
• A passion for technology and artificial intelligence
• Exceptional personality and charisma — you can command attention and keep people engaged
• Experience with corporate clients and delivering on-site training
• Own vehicle and valid driving licence
• A willingness to learn and stay ahead of digital trends

Nice-to-haves:

• AI experience or formal AI qualifications (but training will be provided)

Remuneration

This is a freelance opportunity, paid on a per course or training basis. Fees will be negotiated based on the size, scope, and audience of each session.
