Midweight Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a Midweight Designer who can turn a brief into clean, thoughtful, visually compelling work. Someone who’s confident across print and digital, strong in concept, and meticulous in execution — especially when working within established brand worlds.
What you'll do
- Apply and maintain brand identities across a range of deliverables
- Translate briefs and copy into effective, well‑considered visual concepts
- Design for both print and digital platforms
- Prepare and finalise artwork for print (DTP)
- Stay current with design trends and best practices
- Collaborate with a small, creative team and contribute ideas
- Understand how design supports digital marketing objectives
- A relevant qualification in graphic design, visual communication, or advertising
- 3+ years’ agency experience
- Strong Adobe CC skills (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Confident layout, typography, and colour sensibility
- High attention to detail and quality of execution
- Bonus if you have after effects or basic motion design and familiarity with AI‑assisted design tools
