Programme Manager

A leading technology and financial services consultancy are looking for a seasoned Programme Manager to take ownership of high-impact software delivery programmes. This is a senior leadership role where you’ll operate across multiple workstreams, influence executive stakeholders, and drive meaningful outcomes for major clients.

Skills required:

• 6–8 years of experience in project/programme management within software development
• Proven success managing large-scale, multi-stream delivery programmes
• Strong background in financial services (highly advantageous)
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive engagement skills
• Experience translating strategy into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans
• Solid understanding of governance, risk, and change management frameworks
• A leadership mindset with the ability to mentor and uplift delivery teams
• Strong analytical thinking with proactive risk and dependency management
• Ability to bring clarity and direction in high-pressure, ambiguous environments
