Job description
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting, cost accounting and financial reporting
- Lead and support budgeting and forecasting processes across business units.
- Prepare and analyse monthly financial reports, providing insights on performance and profitability.
- Develop and enhance management reporting systems and financial dashboards.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis on clients, sectors, and practice groups to identify trends.
- Support decision-making through financial modelling and feasibility studies.
- Prepare and review billing schedules, analysing estimates versus actual billings.
- Assist in preparing executive reports (EXCOM and FINCOM packs) with key financial insights.
- Monitor key financial metrics, including cost of sales, WIP, headcount movement, and rate leakage.
- Collaborate with IT to identify, test, and implement system and reporting improvements.
- Provide ongoing financial support and guidance to business leaders and stakeholders.
