Job description
We are the biggest Social Media Management Agency in the US and Australia that helps manage creator's social media accounts and we are on a mission to take over the Reddit platform with our clientsShift Time:9:00AM - 5:00PM SAST (7 days a week)
Requirements:
- Male
-Has prior experience as a manager
- Familiar using Reddit
- Willing to work overtime if necessary
- Must be a hustlerScope of work:You will be responsible for a team of 6 individuals
- Ensuring the teams work is up to Agency standards- Hiring / Firing team members when necessary using our SOPs
- Logging the teams performance on a spreadsheet
- Ensuring team members stay within their KPIs- Hosting weekly meetings with the team
- Answering team questions fast
- Topping up our software balances when the team is low on fundsPayment:R70/ Hour + Performance bonuses
You will be paid via Wise or Direct Bank TransferPayments are made fortnightly on Friday’s
