Location: Johannesburg - preferably on West Rand

If you love problem-solving, organisation, and seeing ideas come to life, this is your chance to learn the ropes of creative project management. You’ll help keep projects on track, support client teams, and gain real-world experience working across strategy, design, and digital campaigns.

Role Overview:

As a Project Manager Intern, you’ll support the delivery of marketing, design, and digital projects from concept to completion. This role is perfect for someone who’s organised, detail-oriented, and ready to learn the mechanics of agency workflow - from timelines and budgets to client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Support senior project managers in coordinating creative, digital, and strategy teams.
• Track deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies across active projects.
• Prepare meeting notes, action lists, and status updates for internal and client reviews.
• Help maintain Magnetic project boards and ensure data accuracy.
• Learn how to build project schedules, estimate resources, and monitor progress.
• Assist with quality control to ensure final outputs meet brief and brand standards.
• Studying for, or has a, Degree or diploma in Project Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
• A genuine interest in creative industries, marketing, and digital platforms.
• You must live in Cape Town and be able to travel to our offices in Upper Wynberg.
