What you’ll be doing

• Designing high-performance distributed systems at scale
• Building real-time, data-intensive services
• Translating complex pricing and financial logic into production-grade code
• Driving engineering excellence across backend and platform layers
• Working directly with business experts and quant-driven stakeholders
• Leveraging AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate delivery

What we’re looking for

• 10+ years software engineering experience
• Strong background in real-time / event-driven systems
• Proficiency in Go, C++ or Rust / JAVA
• Strong systems design & architecture capability
• Deep understanding of performance, concurrency & scalability
• Cloud experience (AWS)
• Comfortable working in high-impact, ambiguous environments

Bonus points

• Trading / pricing / financial markets experience
• Derivatives, market data or analytics exposure
• Experience turning models or prototypes into production platforms
