Product Administrator / Data Capturer

Luxity is looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Product Administrator / Data Capturer to join our head office team in Sandton.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident with technology, works accurately without close supervision, and takes pride in getting the details right. You will play a key role in capturing product information into our internal systems when luxury items are received, ensuring every item is booked in correctly, consistently and professionally.

For the right person, this role can grow into a broader product research function, including pricing and market research on luxury items.

What you will do

• Capture incoming product information accurately into our internal systems
• Inspect products and record the correct characteristics, attributes and required fields
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy, consistency and completeness
• Check and correct information where needed before items move to the next stage
• Support general office administration linked to product intake and processing
• Assist with product and pricing research as the role develops

Location

This is a full-time, office-based role at Luxity’s head office in Sandton, Johannesburg.

What we are looking for

• Matric
• Previous experience in administration, data capturing, stock control, product administration, e-commerce catalogue work, or a similar detail-heavy role
• Strong computer skills and confidence using business systems, spreadsheets, email and online tools
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Good written and spoken English
• A reliable, professional and methodical approach to work

Strong advantages

• Experience working with inventory, ERP, POS or product management systems
• Experience capturing or maintaining product data
• Interest in luxury goods, fashion, watches, jewellery or accessories
• Comfort with online research and comparing pricing information across sources
